Fiji Whispers Updates.
18 November 2009 ” Hot Whispers!!!’
Secrets about the Fiji Coup leader, Frank Bainimarama performed at the boy’s college he attended. You can gauge for yourself how well or below par his academic achievements were.
We know from our seasoned and well rounded Politician, Dr Mere Samisoni, who has behind her, as she says, quote,
“ I am talking for the over 17,500 people who elected me. Or do as you wish with this.” unquote.
Dr Samisoni does know her voters and those that did not vote for her. Heres what one close associate had shared with Dr Samisoni her re FB ‘s school achievements.
quote,
Amidst all these crisis, we see a common trend. VB like all other dictators is getting paranoid. He knows he is living on borrowed time. He surrounds himself with people who are losers.
I attended Marist with him in the mid ’6o’s and he was a failure…attaining a 3rd division in Senior Cambridge exam
by Marist’s standard was regarded a failure and he was refused admission into upper sixth the following year”.Bainimarama’s military government cheque dishonored unquote.

We can confirm that Frank’s military government cheque has been dishonored with insufficient funds in the account to cover the cheque amount paid out to a pro-coup beneficiary, LOTUS Garments.
This information is said to have been leaked by team Padam Lala themselves, owners of LOTUS Garments, after their repeated efforts to get repaid for the bounced cheque was unsuccessful.
Sources report that the dishonored amount is around $1.5million

September 17, 2009
“it must not be prone to high risk” (…like a investing in a military government?)
“you have been asked to attend this forum today to contribute to discussions that will assist me” (Assist you? Are you sure you invited the right people?)
“I want consistencies in policies and long term goals” (No. Is this your joke-speech?)
“It must be robust and it must flourish in a realistic environment” (Yes! It is your joke-speech!)
“I know there has been some disgruntlement” (I think the word you are looking for is: “INTERNATIONAL CONDEMNATION”)
“creating a level playing field” (Everyone gets a gun now? How thoughtful.)
“correcting the wrongs of the past” (I can think of a few…)
“today I and my team are here to listen to you” (with or without your gun?)
“We are here to look at our future” (where were you looking before?)
“I want us to leap-frog not merely plod along.” (I didn’t realise this meeting included games!)
How is he NOW doing any of these things? He isn’t and is incapable of doing so.
At least we now know that he gets all his ideas from the back of pop culture magazines, food court napkins and children’s pop-up books.

The dictator harps on a non-racist Fiji and yet in most of his speeches be beguns with Fijian and English greetings and ends with Fijian or English – maybe its time he was sent to some Indo-Fijian primary school to pick up a few words – or it just exposes his false crusade for a non-racial Fiji

17 September, 20090830 Hours
Bula Vinaka and a Good Morning to you all.
The last time we met as a group before a budget was last year at the Economic Summit. As you are aware His Excellency our President abrogated the 1997 Constitution in April of this year. He then appointed my Government with the Mandate to have elections in September 2014.Following the Presidential Mandate on 1st July of this year, I announced the Strategic Framework for Change which sets out the objectives of my Government vis-a-vis the People’s Charter with an agenda to modernize and reform. To reiterate, consultations on a new Constitution shall begin in September 2012 with the view to have one in place by September 2013. Elections are to be held a year after that.
Accordingly, as businesses, as financial institutions, as employers and employees, you must engage not just with me and my Government and also with each other. If you are serious and committed to a Fiji which is to realize her true potential then you will take a holistic approach to the economy. You will situate your sector, your business and your employee claims within the context of the greater Fijian economy and the well being of her people. We no longer can afford to be parochial and selfish.
Vinaka vakalevu.
-Ends-

Foster has a well-known reputation in the Pacific. Just ask the Federated States of Micronesia, Vanuatu and ex UK PM Tony Blair’s wife, Cherie Blair.
Being ConMEN, they both have a serious misunderstanding of the C-word….CREDIBILITY…which for both are in tatters.
Conman backs coup leader
4:00AM Tuesday Aug 18, 2009Convicted conman Peter Foster has written an “insider’s account” of Fiji’s coup that holds self-imposed leader Frank Bainimarama up as the last bastion of hope for the troubled nation.
Foster, who is on parole after more than two years in jail for money laundering, has published a 60-page document he says reveals the truth behind Fiji’s political volatility.
He says Bainimarama, who has been condemned by the Australian and New Zealand Governments and the Commonwealth for refusing to hold elections, is a “humble and decent” man who is Fiji’s last hope.
The coup Bainimarama instigated in December 2006 desperately needed to happen to free Fiji from the corruption of the previous government, led by Laisenia Qarase, Foster claims.
He says on his website Fiji Truth that Qarase was corruptly elected and set the tone for corruption that Bainimarama has tried to break.
The claims have been denied by Qarase, who says: “As a convicted fraudster, Peter Foster cannot be trusted to speak the truth.”
Others have questioned Foster’s words, with one former friend, who did not wish to be named, labelling it “a lot of rubbish”.

Last week, Fiji’s military junta released two groups of soldiers who had tortured and murdered civilians in the wake of the 2006 coup. They’re clearly not too proud of doing so – because over the weekend they summarily detained two Fiji Live journalists for daring to report the fact:
Two Suva journalists have spent their second night in police cells after they reported on how the Fiji military dictatorship had freed soldiers jailed for killing civilians.Media sources in Suva, who cannot be named due to fears for their safety, hold concerns for Dionisia Turagabeci and Shelvin Chand, of the website Fijilive. The website is not reporting on the fate of its own journalists.Dictator Voreqe Bainimarama imposed martial law on Fiji last month and has extended it another month, imposing censorship on all media.Earlier this year a soldier was convicted of murdering a civilian. In a separate case nine soldiers and three policemen were convicted of the manslaughter of a civilian. They were sent to jail for terms ranging from eight years to life, but last week all were released on parole.Fijilive reported this on Friday and on Saturday Turagabeci and Chand were picked up and taken to Suva Central Police Station.
The excellent Coup 4.5 blog has more:
Coupfourpointfive has been told that an officer told relatives that both journalists have been charged for contravening emergency regulations and will appear in the Suva Magistrates Court tomorrow [sic]
A charge under the Public Emergency Regulations 2009 [PDF] means that the government thinks that the information published
may give rise to disorder and may thereby cause undue demands to be made upon the police or the Armed Forces, or may result in a breach of the peace, or promote disaffection or public alarm, or undermine the Government and the State of Fiji
Think about that for a moment. The report was truthful and accurate. The criminals had been released. The Fijian government is now in the Orwellian position of contending that truthfully reporting their actions “undermine[s] the Government and the State of Fiji”. If so, then I suggest the real problem lies in the actions of the government – not that they are reported.Update: According to Raw Fiji News, the journalists have now been released. No word yet on whether the charges have been dropped.

Hey you, Sera – why don’t you check out your ‘drunken tin-pot dictator’,SHAME!!! from 4.5 blog
The interim regime’s prime minister and army commander, Frank Bainimarama, drank for 7 hours at Suva’s most popular night spot last weekend and in the process deliberately violated the pub’s opening hours.
Sources have told Coupfourpointfive that Bainimarama, who arrived from his trip to Italy and Brussels last Friday morning (21 November), was driven in a private car to Traps Bar at 11pm the same night, accompanied by his wife Mary Bainimarama.
Like all night spots and liquor bars, Traps also closes for business at 1am daily. The interim regime has been strict on the opening and closing hours of night clubs.
However sources say Bainimarama demanded the bar remain open for him and his wife.
Sources have told us that Traps Ba owner, Gary Apted, was also present and couldn’t deny Bainimarama’s demand. Gary Apted is the brother of well-known lawyer, Jon Apted.
Bainimarama left Traps with his wife at 5am on Saturday in a highly intoxicated state. He was picked up and driven away in the same private car used to drop him off at Traps.

Another insane raving by the mad dictator.
From Blogger Peacepipe.
He is so consumed by this deep seated hatred for the SDL it is manifesting in all his pronouncements regarding the SDL and political issues, that he makes irrational statements all the time. He talks of racism and hatred in general but has no specifics and keeps delving when pushed that qoliqoli and reconciliation bills are cases of racism and hatred. Sad to say that I have not seen any blatant example of anything the idiot claims. When the poor fijian landowners are being helped to progress the fool calls this racism. Fool because it is his own race that he is depriving and Fijians are the ones needing help Indians are mostly well.
Ironically I can feel the hatred coming from the dictator when he makes all these rash statements about shutting out the SDL and accusing them of illogical things. He accuses others of hatred whilst he himself practices it. Another hyprocritical performance by our tinpot dictator.
